Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact form submissions -- your name, email, phone number, and message, when you use the Contact page.
• Newsletter sign-ups -- your email address.
• Resource downloads -- your name, email, and phone number, captured before certain Academy resources are released to you.
• MOAU Championship Predict & Win -- your registration details if you create a predictor account.
• Site usage data -- the pages you visit, the page that referred you, an approximate location derived from your IP address (country/region/city, never the IP address itself in a form we display), your browser/ device type, and an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser. This is only collected if you accept the cookie banner.

We use a small number of browser storage items: one to remember an anonymous session identifier for site-usage analytics, and one to remember your cookie-consent choice itself. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for aesonsports.com.

We don't sell your personal data. We use the following service providers to run the site, each of whom processes data on our behalf:

• Supabase -- database hosting for the data listed above.
• Vercel -- website hosting, and (with your consent) performance/traffic analytics.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console -- (with your consent) traffic and search-performance analytics.
• Microsoft Clarity -- (with your consent) anonymized usage analytics.
• Resend -- delivery of transactional emails (e.g. contact form confirmations, newsletters).

We keep contact, newsletter, and lead data for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Site-usage analytics are retained in aggregate for understanding trends and are not used to re-identify individual visitors.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We aim to handle your data consistent with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
